Will power is necessary to gain ultimate success in any sphere of life because successful people are not intelligent people but those who work with diligent hard work. In order to develop will power one has to be consistent because shaitaan will not let us follow our goal. One also has to develop true iman by completely surrendering to the will of Allah and develop love for Him by sitting in the company of righteous people who follow the Quran & Sunnah completely.
