Jannah is free from all ailments of the heart and jannatis will be on elevated positions with their face shining. Therefore, our deen sees kina (ill feelings in the heart) as a big problem because it is a hindrance to Jannah. There is a hadith in which a sahabi is called a Jannati because he used to forgive everyone who wronged him. Kina is in the heart when people meet with a smile, while inside they are hiding hatred. A  person who has kina in his heart is one who loves to find faults, cannot say anything positive about the person he hates and will feel good if the other person is backbitten. The people who love Allah are those who fear him  and accept their wrongdoings and repent. For these people Allah changes their bad deeds into good deeds and He is the most forgiving.
